I have to admit February was not a good month for the blog. I have been torn between work, aperitifs and Olympic Games. So here is my come-back.
And dealing with come-backs, here is the one of the best Foals in the world. After their fantastico-mathematic ride in 2007/2008, they went back to their Oxford stable in order to compose a second album hidden from indiscreet jockeys. Not tired of science, these 5 brillant ponies has changed their math cap for a medecine one. Here's the deal : Yannis and his friends have set up their instrument in a surgical way to dissect each note with more hability than before. Their first album Antidotes made us addicted and created a fever we were not used to know. Spanish Sahara, the first extract of Total Life Forever set to be released on May the 10th, is coming to us like a horse pill. Like a fresh wave too, a radical change in the band habits, who used to ride jumping and freaky horses. Spanish Sahara, what's that? A dreamy anthem, beginning with a canter to finish on a sweet gallop, an epic rise which turns SebastiAn's Threnody first 11 minutes into a big, big joke. I know, this is actually a joke.
